Jaeger Precision reviews the CYMA CGS MWS system, a gas blowback M4 from EMG and Evike, marking his first experience with the CGS platform. He compared it to standard MWS systems, noting its full metal construction with Noveske markings, a 9-inch NSR rail, and robust blowback. He observed differences in the bolt catch mechanism, a heavier trigger pull, and a weighted T8 buffer compared to standard MWS systems. While CYMA CGS and Tokyo Marui MWS magazines proved compatible, a Salvo Precision magazine failed to lock the bolt back. The rifle chronographed at approximately 340 FPS, and despite a slight bend in the stock tube, he was impressed with its feel and performance, with plans for future videos on the platform.
