6mm Badger: 5KU BBP32 Tracer Fitting In FCW KAC Suppressor

6mm Badger tries the 5KU BBP32 Tracer if it fits in the FCW KAC Suppressor... "I unboxed the 5KU BBP32 (Spitfire) tracer insert and tried to fit it inside my FCW-KAC QDC/MCQ-PRT 5.56 suppressor (the FCW suppressor was bought from Octagon Airsoft). I was honestly buzzing — if this worked it would let me run a tracer inside the FCW-KAC suppressor on my VFC KS-1, giving the suppressor a proper working tracer look.

Short version: the BBP32 is a well-built, feature-rich tracer unit (automatic shut-off + muzzle flash effect for green tracer BBs), and it retails for roughly the mid-$30s — but it would not fit inside the FCW suppressor I have. I tried the straightforward install, disassembled the tracer, and even tried parts from another tracer I own — nothing made it slot into the FCW tube. So for now, the answer is: does not fit (with my suppressor + tracer combo).

WHAT I COVER IN THIS VIDEO

  • Unboxing & first impressions of the 5KU BBP32 (Spitfire) tracer.
  • Quality, features and how the unit performs with tracer BBs (it lights BBs nicely).
  • My attempt to install it into the FCW KAC QDC/MCQ-PRT 5.56 suppressor (spoiler: didn’t fit).
  • Teardown attempts and quick measurements to figure out where the mismatch is.
  • My next steps: contacting Octagon and asking about compatibility, and possibly testing different tracer models or making a spacer/adapter if there’s a viable, safe route."
