Tokyo Marui is undoubtedly one of the most iconic brands on the Airsoft market. This Japanese manufacturer, however, began its career in the 1960s in RC modeling and model making, an activity that is still relevant today although Airsoft has largely taken over. Tokyo Marui notably offers unique replicas such as the SGR-12 or the AA12. Marui is, among other things, the inventor of the AEG and the Hop-Up system.
