In January we held an event in North Carolina, The Raid, which was a 24-hour version of our typical 40-hour style events. We usually host our events during the more tolerable weather months due to the brutal conditions, but since this would be only 24 hours, how bad could North Carolina really be in early January??....... It was really bad.

It unpredictably decided to dump snow on us the night before, with the average temperature being about 20 degrees Fahrenheit (-6 Celsius for you others). Very unusual for this area.

Pretty much everyone suffered, but in today's video I'll be going over what I did to stay "warm" during the brutal fake winter war, and give some tips how you can survive, and dare I say thrive when the weather gods strike your next FTX/MilSim event.
