The Beecher Tactical NP-04 is 3D-printed plate carrier is designed for user serviceability and ergonomic fit. Unlike traditional textile carriers, this model uses printed components to create the structural elements of the gear. It features adjustable shoulder straps and a modular cummerbund, utilizing a bag construction method intended to maintain compatibility with standard MOLLE system attachments.

The product is distributed as a comprehensive DIY kit requiring manual assembly. The package includes over 60 printed parts manufactured from specialized materials such as SirayaTech TPU-GF, TPU 64D, and PEBA Air. To complete the build, the kit provides 100 feet of cordage, including shock cord and paracord, along with assorted hardware, cord locks, and quick-connectors for the shoulders and waist.

Each order comes with a visual assembly guide to assist with the construction process. Because of the technical requirements of the printing and preparation phases, the manufacturer cites a lead time of two to four weeks for processing and delivery. This timeframe covers the production of the various polymer panels, pads, and structural anchors included in the set.
