In a report at Guns.com, Orbital ATK is suing the Germany company for failing to honour a multi-million dollar contract to deliver 20 units of the XM25. ATK has partnered with Heckler & Koch in the development of the XM25 OICW or the combined kinetic-explosive weapon.

For those who are excited about the plan to produce an airsoft version of the SIG SAUER MCX Rifle, better look for another airsoft rifle to purchase as it might not happen. The company has petitioned a court in New Hampshire to prevent Cybergun from manufacturing, selling, or advertising using the SIG name. Sig alleges that Cybergun breached the contract in 2015.
