Last year he was sentenced to two years and eight months in jail which he appealed to have it overruled by the Higher Court.
A man crashed his moped after chased by police when he fired his airsoft gun at them. The suspect, who is in the hospital is said to be attempting a "suicide by cop". The police did not return fire. This event took place at Grand Rapids, Michigan last 22 April and reporte by WoodTV.

In this case, a man in Scotland got charged for doing such and eventually cleared at Falkirk Sheriff Court as reported by The Register. As for the charge...
