I remember the RedWolf Airsoft UK guys mentioning to me that they were opening their retail operations at their UK office during the Airsoft Arms Fair 5. Optimus Prime also mentioned to me that too, and he even asked them to give us a heads-up when they're officially opening. As I had an arrangement with Chris Kong that I'll drop by for the prizes for our fellowship game, I made it a point that this visit be also my tour of their new and improved operations.

I missed Chris Kong for a few minutes, but I was not to worry, as Arclight, the guy you often watch on RedWolf TV, was there to greet us and give us a tour. He's Hong Kong-based but for now he'll be part of the UK retail operations.

So what's the fuss all about? It's basically simple. Whilst RedWolf Airsoft already established their UK office years ago, the office was mainly devoted to UK and European wholesale operations. Airsoft players in Europe cannot buy direct from RedWolf Airsoft, only airsoft retailers wanting to stock up on products that RedWolf Airsoft distribute can order from them. With the opening of their retail operations, RedWolf Airsoft not do wholesales but also direct sales to airsoft players. No need to order from RedWolf Hong Kong.

This means that there's less waiting time for items ordered from RedWolf Airsoft for those based in Europe, and especially for UK airsoft players. For those living in Gloucestershire and nearby counties, they can easily drop by the RedWolf Shop in Tewkesbury to check products out such as testing airsoft guns or trying on tactical gear before making the purchase.

The retail store itself is narrow but well-stocked. But the real meat of their operations is their warehouse which is big enough, if we’re talking about UK airsoft retail stores. The advantage of RedWolf Airsoft retails sales is that they can have products in their official distribution list ahead of other UK retailers. Items such from MadBull Airsoft and Airsoft Innovations arrive first at RedWolf Airsoft UK before they get delivered to other airsoft retailers.

For now, they're slowly building up their retail inventory since they just opened about a month ago and you can expect more products to be more available as the months go by. I forgot to ask if they're going to have online ordering with a website separate from RedWolf Hong Kong.
