Mach Sakai compares the performance of the Tokyo Marui gas blowback airsoft guns, the P320 and the Glock 17 Gen5, focusing on muzzle velocity, recoil, and shooting accuracy. Using 0.2g BBs, measurements showed that the Glock 17 Gen5 had a slightly faster muzzle velocity and stronger recoil (a peak of 5.8 compared to the P320's peak of 4.3). Subjectively, the P320 offered a very smooth slide movement and a straight kick, while the Glock was described as sharper with a shorter recoil recovery time. In shooting competitions, such as the APS Cup and Steel Challenge formats, the Glock performed better, partly attributed to its equipped red dot sight. He concludes that both models offer a powerful kick compared to conventional gas blowback guns and are stable products from Tokyo Marui, but the Glock 17 Gen5 is deemed slightly superior overall.
