TAPP Airsoft show an adapter designed for the KWA MML Maten platform. They mention that after a bit of development, a helpful customer sent in their own airsoft gun to allow for final testing. It turns out the project was a success, though it does require a bit more air pressure than usual because the internal bolt is rather hefty.
The setup currently features an M4 magazine version, though they note that an SR25 style might give it a more balanced look. Performance-wise, the setup delivers a solid amount of power, clocking in at around two joules. It also provides a satisfying kickback during test firing, which should keep players entertained on the field.
Under the hood, the system shares its DNA with the KWA LM4 layout. This is good news for anyone prone to breaking things, as many of the trigger and nozzle components are easily replaceable. With features like flip-up sights included, they point out the build as a solid, complete kit for airsoft enthusiasts.
