The free downloadable issue of the eMagazine Public Enemy is available. Issue No. 9 is a short one as it contains only two articles: PTS PDR-C AEG Review and about the MACV-SOG. It is unfortunate for those who look forward to their Guns and Girls section which might come back int the next issue. Still, both issues are comprehensive enough provided you know Cantonese.
