I normally only put 220 rounds in the 250 round capacity mag and 150 rounds in the 170 round mag. I do this to preserve the spring as much as I can. While playing a 45 minute game I loaded the mags to max capacity. This put a lot of pressure inside the hop up chamber and my piston couldn't push the BB into the barrel. This only happened with one mag and only when I first put it in my airsoft gun.

The 250 round magazine I tested only held 214 rounds which didn't surprise me because the spring is really tight in new mags, over time it will loosen up and allow me to put in 250 rounds."
