The Peacekeeper MK5 (PK5) is the latest evolution in Platatac’s Chicom-compatible chest rigs, designed for maximum modularity and high-capacity storage. Centered around a core magazine suite, the rig features lateral PALS fields for custom pouch attachments and a large zippered horizontal utility pouch with specialized loops for included tourniquet or cyalume inserts. For sustainment, two large end-pouches can accommodate 1-liter flasks or AN/PRC-152 radios, while integrated Tweave stretch pockets and a central mesh admin area provide streamlined storage for maps, notebooks, and mission-essential electronics.

To ensure a secure and comfortable fit, the PK5 includes both a low-profile X-Harness and a lightweight H-Harness, both of which are flat-sewn to prevent interference when worn under rucksacks. The rig’s rear features an expanded Velcro sandwich area, specifically optimized for seamless integration with the ASAD sub-load pouch range. This combination of fixed storage and modular expansion makes the MK5 a versatile platform capable of adapting to diverse operational requirements without sacrificing its sleek, ergonomic profile.
