This particular model, the "05 barrel", is designed to offer a good balance between accuracy and firing power (FPS). It sits between the "01 barrel" which prioritizes FPS and the "08 barrel" which prioritizes accuracy. It is important to note that this barrel is only compatible with the Carbon8 STRIKER-9 and will not work with other models. When installing this barrel, it is recommended to check the FPS with a chronograph afterwards, and to be aware that increased FPS does not always equate to increased range.
