"I'm sorry to tell you that I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer that has spread to my Liver and the prognosis is that with chemotherapy I may survive another 3 months. Obviously this has come as a massive shock to me and my family and I'll be prioritising friends and family in this difficult time.

I appreciate all the support you've given me over the years and hope that I can get a few more uploads arranged before my time is up.
