I've had my share of confidence firing done under strict and professional supervision, but nothing prepares me for this (and perhaps my balls are somewhere around my neck if they will drag me to do this). Larry Vickers of Vickers Tactical goes to Russia to check the FSB Alpha Team do their Counter-Terrorism confidence drills. It's highly dangerous, much dangerous than the other confidence firing drills I've seen or done and please don't do this even with airsoft without professional supervision (and you signing a waiver absolving the instructor and facility of any liability). It's just how they train we would not recommend you doing the same just because the Russian FSB guys do it.
