It's back to lawsuits this time for Cybergun as they recently filed a suit against AirSplat.com for trademark infringement last 07 August in Salt Lake, Utah according to Thumpy's 3-D House of Airsoft. The main issue this time is the use of AirSplat.com of FN Herstal trademarks which is licensed to Cybergun via the products they sell online. Rather than sue the manufacturers of trademark infringement, Cybergun wants to choke off the supplies via the retailer.
