Muddy Reviews go over the various items that make up the Australian Commando loadout... "Hey everybody, In this episode of Muddy Reviews we are talking about the Australian Commando / SASR Early Multicam items. We have a Crye Precision AC Fieldset, Platatac CUTS UBACS (Green Velcro version), Platatac Multicam GBH Boonie hat, and Rogue American Apparel Australian Commando "Operator" hat.

I got these Crye Field pants directly from the Crye Precisions website and the Filed top off of eBay.  The G2 AC Crye items are no longer available on their site and only through second-hand sources. Prices have started to go up on these pieces in the past few years though so your price will vary greatly.

These two links are for Crye AC Field Shirts and as you can see if you go to the links the prices range widely. Link #1 is 70.00$ USD Link#2 is 189.00$ USD in different sizes but it illustrates nicely the price range these are going for.

I also show in this video a Platatac Multicam CUTS combat shirt. I got this CUTS from Australian EBAY and got a great deal on it. I only paid 70$ USD. These show up on the collectors market from time to time but aren't nearly as common as say a Crye G2 or G3 top.

The Platatac Multicam GBH was purchased directly from Platatac. I don't think this specific version is still available but there are numerous variants to check out on their website. I paid the same price which was around 35-40.00$ USD.

And last but not least is the Rogue American Apparel Australian Commando "Operator" Hat. These were available directly from RAA on their website for a limited time. If you are not familiar with RAA they are a great company and used to have a lot of different hats available in multiple patterns. Here is a link to their store and the only current hat they sell.

As I mentioned in my DPDUvideo the absolutely best way to get Australian-specific cammies is to get on a message board or Facebook group and make an Aussie friend. You will pay an incredible amount in shipping though from OZ so harden your heart and resolve LOL!
