Airsoft Chay has recently done a quick review of the licensed HK MP7A1 V2 Gas Blowback SMG, a new upgrade of the VFC/Umarex MP7 series GBB SMG, which was released in 2018. This model is a faithful reproduction of the original, complete with full markings. Notable improvements include the replacement of the plastic outer barrel with a steel one, and the addition of an MP7 type M12-1mm muzzle break. The metal chamber has been designed to enhance durability, and an extra reinforced polymer feed ramp has been added to prevent wear on BB's. The materials and processes used in the construction of all body parts are realistic, as is the representation of fire control, bolt action, and all other operations. Furthermore, the design includes a quick HOP-UP adjustment feature that requires no disassembly or extra tools.
