You can purchase the Marui Micro Pro Sight separately and mount it by removing the rear sight of the pistol. It has a flat short trigger for easy trigger control and a semi-ling slide stop, The slide has a wide serration and a rib to easy pull the slide even with the micro-sight mounted.
