Good news to those who are waiting for the Silverback Airsoft SRS-A2 as the company announced it will be released soon... "Dear All, The new SRS-A2 line, reproducing the latest Desert Tech platform evolution, will soon be available. It will replace the SRS-A1 line, now discontinued.

16in Covert and 22in versions will be released early May and late June for 16in Sport version.

All models will be available in Black, FDE or OD color, and in right or left-handed versions. This latest model of the SRS line is fully compatible with previous generations of the SRS (early models, 2017 models, 2018 models), except for the couple receiver/handguard: SRS-A1 receivers aren’t compatible with MLOK SRS-A2 handguards, and SRS-A2 receivers aren’t compatible with SRS-A1 handguards.

Most noticeable changes are: - average 25% mass reduction - MLOK handguards - tripod mount at the front the receivers - new trigger design - new barrel clamping design that more uniformly clamps onto the barrel and reduces peak stress points.
