"The Essentials Only Carrier (EOC) is an extremely light weight plate carrier capable of offering the user full level IV protection (with inserted armor plates, not included). The EOC has a low enough profile to be concealed under a light weight jacket. The rear plate bag can also be independently raised to ensure proper riding height of the rear armor.
