Hesperiastan, once again, is the hub of Central Asia's drug and weapons trafficking.

War Lord Dobroff also linked up with the long lost twin brother of the deceased General Disarray, General Llama, who cleverly plays both sides of the coin in his native Tibet. Bordering Hesperiastan, General Llama collaborates with War Lord Dobroff on his lucrative 'agricultural' shipment while providing invaluable airbases for UN Forces.

Caught in the political seesaw are US Army Rangers, led by COL (ret) Danny McKnight and US Army 10th Mt. Division led by 1SG (ret) Matt Eversmann (Black Hawk Down). These two units are on a war game exercise in the high desert region, unaware of the situation that is about to explode around them.
