This is about the GoPro Helmet NVG Mount designed by the Brain Exploder which you can order now at the Shapeways 3D Print Design Store. This NVG mount can give you the perfect alignment as he claims... "With this mount you never have to worry about where your camera is facing. Simply snap it in, hook up your GoPro camera and rest the camera case against the edge of your helmet. The mount is designed to make it easy to keep your camera in the proper orientation for the best first person view possible. There is no moving parts or screws to come loose. All you have to provide is the GoPro camera in it's case case, GoPro Thumb Screw that comes with every GoPro camera and the nut that also is included with every GoPro basic kit.

This has been tested on the GoPro 3's plastic case, should work with all other models as well but some variation in the view angle is possible. Be sure to test it prior to field use. Compatible with helmets outfitted with an NVG mounting plate.

Be careful to always loosen the camera before twisting it out of the way to avoid snapping the arm, if the mount is a bit loose in the mount add some electrical tape on the edges of the mount cavity. Please view the YouTube video for a demonstration and instructions."
