A&K M249 Models Now in Stock at Landwarrior Airsoft

OptimusPrime

Landwarrior Airsoft, the Scotland-based Airsoft retailer now has the A&K M249 series that everyone's talking about in stock..."A&K were never known for making the best rifles available. Reports of leaking air throughout the internal system kept people away. But now they have blown the airsoft community away by releasing a set of hard core support guns. These are somewhere between a Star and Classic Army version.

Coming complete with a box mag, the box magazine is electrically driven and will either auto wind or can be driven by sound. The hop adjuster is a major improvement from the Star version. The gearbox has the same "fast change" spring set up. No need for much more than a pair of pliers and allen keys."

The A&K M249 MK1, MK2 and Para Models

The original Mk1 version is possibly one of our favorites. It features a fixed skeleton stock and houses the battery in the front grip. You wont see many of these on the skirmish field. The carry handle is fixed in position unlike the Mk2.

The Para is short for Paratrooper, the thought that you could jump out of a plane with one of these is scary. But essentially means you have a collapsing stock and the battery is housed in the front grip.

The Mk2 version is only a cosmetic difference and is nothing to do with airsoft performance. The full stock holds your battery (mini Tamiya connector) and you have a longer barrel.

All of these models are being sold at £214.99 (US$433/€318.57).
