The M249 MK2 is the modified version of the FN Minimi for the US Army. It is a light machine gun designed in the 1970s by FN HERSTAL. It uses the same type of ammunition as Assault Rifles, which makes it less powerful than Heavy Machine Guns. However, it has the advantage of being less bulky and more mobile in the field. The manufacturer A&K has designed a replica of the FN M249 with a very nice metal finish and an ABS handguard.

With its 6 kgs, the sensations of realism on the ground will be immediately there! The M249 MK2 is equipped with an AMMOBOX type electric magazine of 2500 balls powered by batteries (not included).

Supplied with a retractable bipod and a carrying handle, you can take the replica easily in hand to face all situations during your airsoft games. This MK2 model has a fixed stock as well as a longer barrel than the Para version.
