Airsoft Inc.: ASG Steyr Aug A3 AEG

Dutch airsoft retailer, Airsoft Inc., takes a further look at the ASG Steyr Aug A3 AEG which they have in stock... "Steyr Mannlicher was founded in 1864 by Josef Werndl under the name "Josef & Franz Werndl & Company, weapon factory and sawmill in Oberletten". In 1867 the first success came and the Werndl-Holub breech-loading rifle became the standard rifle of the Swiss army.

This is the sportsline airsoft replica of the popular STEYR AUG A3 bullpup firearm. This airsoft gun is equipped with metal 22mm Picatinny rails as standard to fully hang your airsoft weapon with a tactical flashlight, front grip, laser and of course a beautiful red dot or other sights. This Airsoft rifle is based on the STEYR A2 version and has the same great features, but with the full metal rail, of course with hop-up and the authentic STEYR Mannlicher markings.

An AEG usually has no working bolt and therefore no recoil. Depending on full car or semi car you can play with it for an average of 2-3 hours before the battery has to be changed. An AEG works best with a LIPO battery (does not become lazy, delivers a constant force and is charged within 30-60 minutes), but a NIMH battery is often supplied as standard (lazy and 6 hours of charging after a while)."
