It was initially developed with the 5.8mm caliber, showcasing superior performance compared to the 7.62mm. The export version, chambering the 5.56mm NATO round, was first seen in Hong Kong during the 1997 handover. Real Sword has accurately replicated this firearm in airsoft form. It features a specially designed 7mm bearing metal gearbox, ensuring original dimensions and durability. The external parts, including the high-strength polymer buttstock and handguards, and the duralmin forged frame, mirror the real-steel counterpart.
