The new Tokyo Marui MK18 Mod.1 Gas Blowback Rifle is now out in the market and we're getting more and more reviews about it. In this case we have the top-notch Japanese airsoft blog Hyperdouraku, check it out when it first came out last month. Just like the previous AR-style GBB-Rs released by Tokyo Marui, the M18 Mod.1 also uses the ZET system making it one of the most, if not the most, reliable gas blowback rifles in the airsoft market.

With the release of the latest gas blowback rifle from Tokyo Marui, the MK18 Mod.1, Arms Magazine put up a an overview just before its release... "Among the CQBR variations adopted by the US Navy SEALs and the US Marine Corps Special Forces MARSOC, the 'Mk18 Mod.1' is famous. Tokyo Marui has reproduced this model with a gas blowback gun following the next-generation electric gun."

With its upcoming release later this week, Tokyo Marui released a promo video of the Mk18 Mod.1 Gas Blowback Rifle... "Among the models for CQB (Close Quarters Battle), which is a short barrel version of the M4A1, the 'Mk18 Mod.1' is equipped with accessory parts called BLOCK2 that is now available as a gas blowback model! By installing a new mechanism such as the Z system developed for the M4A1 MWS, both high durability and operating performance are achieved."

The Classic Army MK18 Mod 1 AEG is available in Germany and Geonox Airsoft gets his hands one one for a video review. More MK18 AEGs are being offered in the airsoft market this year..
