Support your National Airsoft Association

Gungho Cowboy

It's time to really organise at a national level, and Europe is leading the way. With their history of strong local, national, and supranational organisations, it is suffice to say, we are not surprised that it's slowly building up. The European Airsoft Association now has about 15 national organisations under its wings and hopefully it will expand more. This is an old idea whose time has come, and Slickaxe of NLAirsoft has been helping promote its objectives.

If you're not in Europe, is your country also have its homegrown national organisation? It doesn't need to be just one sole organisation for just one country, it can be several, since due to politics, and even personalities, some groups may not just agree with each other. It's a free world after all.

If you do not belong to one yet, especially in Europe, then better join one. If you don't subscribe to the existing one, then try to form another and even better organisation. With some legislation being proposed to push back airsoft, or effectively banning airsoft in other parts of the world, you can help other airsoft groups. Who knows, if efforts to ban airsoft will be successful in those parts, it can happen in your own country. You can coordinate campaigns, help in making position papers, and even propose some legislation to ensure that airsoft is legal. It does indeed help to be pro-active to promote airsoft as a legal and safe sport.

If you are in the region, then you can checkout which national airsoft association you can join. Just click here.
