Operation Bad Blood 2014 Is Less Than Three Weeks Away

OptimusPrime

In what is going to look the biggest event in the U.S. East Coast, Evike.com's East Coast Customer Appreciation Day and a Charity event by NYCAirsoft.com and Moondog Industries, Operation Bad Blood 2014 is just three weeks away. It has now become a two-day event scheduled for the 21st to the 22nd of June 2014 Paintball Sports in Platekill, New York. The organisers are expecting over a thousand players and exceed last year's Bad Blood event.

Operation Bad Blood is a series with proceeds going to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, the world's largest voluntary health organisation that is dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services.

Bad Blood is still a continuation of the original story, with variations as the story progresses each year:

In the aftermath of an outbreak of Ebola, a third of Congo's population is dead and the country is in open civil war. The country is split into 6 warring factions. The CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control) has put out a bounty for fresh virus samples from the effected regions to try and isolate the new Ebola strain. Each of faction has sent armed medical teams into the hot zone in the tribal territories to find them.

Popular Airsoft has been keen to support this event ever since it was started by Moondog of Moondog Industries, one of our regular contributors. With the support of Evike.com, the event has become bigger which means more proceeds to be generated for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

The main event, Operation Bad Blood will take place on the 1st day with the bonus Zombie Survival Game called "Dead Blood" will be on the second day.

Interested players will need to book their slots online and the event organisers will not accept walk-in players and as of this writing, all the tickets have been sold out via the Evike.com online store.  Since it's a two day event, there will be players who might bring tents and spend the night there and they will need to inform the organisers that they will be camping at the venue.

With the event sponsors being Evike.com, The Leukemia Society, Moondog Industries, NYC Airsoft, WE-Tech USA, Revision, Phantom Gear, Palco Sports, Matrix, KWA, King Arms, AIM Top, S&T, ICS, G&P, G&G, Echo1, Condor Ooutdoor, Lancer Tactical, Angel Custom, CQB Master and more, expect that there will be lots of door prizes that await raffle winners during the event.

If you have already signed up, better, check the NYCAirsoft.com forums for updated information  regarding the event to guide you accordingly in your preparations. Surely, the event will have a lot  of in store for you and the rest of your team.
