"If ‘artsy’ DIY projects are your jam, we have a very intricate project that involves carving some wood. We’re going to build ourselves a wood toy, and not just a regular one; it’s a wooden gun that fires wooden bullets.

Also, it’s not just a thing you’ll hang above the mantelpiece and dust every now and then, for it actually works. Although, we’ll need the firing mechanism of an airsoft gun to make the magic happen.

As with all our DIY wood projects, we’re going to require some components, but as this project mostly relies on the chiseling skills of the maker, we won’t actually need that much.

The list of required components includes a life-size plan of a gun, some lumber (duh), a band saw, wood router, orbital sander, sandpaper, chisel, varnish, and some more things, not to mention the optional airsoft gun firing mechanism.
