The all-female Japanese airsoft team, UpiUpi Team, celebrate 10,000 subscribers to their YouTube channel. Comprised of 7 members: Makoto, Yucky, Natsumi, Misamisa, Misano, Konomin, and Natchi, they play airsoft all over Japan and they can handle real steel weapons as well.
