These are the Enhanced Rail System (with or without KeyMod), and the fully-licensed Centurion Arms CMR Rails in 9.5-inch and 11-inch lengths. "PTS Enhanced Rail Section

The PTS Enhanced Rail Section are lightweight low profile 1913 rail sections. The double chamfered ends reduce snagging and are comfortable to index against. Their back faces are also ribbed to reduce weight whilst still maintaining its strength and durability. They are available in 4 different lengths: 5, 7, 9 and 11 slots.
