Fourth installment of the Phoenix Rising series organised by TA Events... "With the Azerbaijan forward echelons moving rapidly across the plateaus of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the first layer of the Armenian defensive line is bracing itself for the power and verocity of the approaching wave of armour and the sheer, and brutal firepower that will accompany it.

Azerbaijan reconnaissance units had already been in contact with the Armenian forward elements, and had obliterated their enemy before any vital intelligence could be gathered on where an attempted break-through might take place.

Armoured Azeri elements swiftly bypass the mountanous towns and hamsteads while infantry battalions follow through mopping up the pockets of resistance.

But one town stands in the way between the Azerbaijan war machine and the Lachin Corridor (a mountain pass that connects Armenia with the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic)...the town of Shusha.
