It can be used alone or with the outer belt for additional security. The inner belt comes in a range of sizes to match your typical pant size and attaches to the outer belt with metal G-hooks and hook & loop closures.  Be aware that this belt system is not compatible with competition-style belts and lead times may vary depending on size and order volume.
