"Following the recent events in East Timor, the Pancasila Popular Front (PPF) has succeeded in their goal of creating civil unrest in East Timor. Whilst the PPF were not entirely successful in combating Australian Intervention Forces, the botched capture and killing of the leader of the more moderate Bacau Socialist Movement,­ Sergio Xanana, h­as caused BSM followers to believe that the actions of the Australians were actually on behalf of the Indonesian government, and were not peace-keepers as they advertised.

Additionally, the BSM have started to receive the Sympathies of the East Timorese pro-Independence majority, and other moderate groups.

President Bambam Kalla of the Republic of Indonesia has now been given the conditions that he hoped to create, in order to give them some legitimate reason to annexe East Timor. Citing securing its borders and the region for its allies - as well as it’sresponsibilities towards the global war on terror as reasons, Indonesia has initiated plans to send in a reconnaissance force prior to a full scale incursion.
