While these do give fantastic all round protection they are a 22 gauge mesh lense (Factory tested to withstand 500+FPS BBs at Point Blank Range). We would always recommend wearing a polycarbonate protective layer with any mask - especially with cheaper or some low end bio BB's that are used on sites today.
