LCT Airsoft has scheduled the release of the LC-3 Wood AEG for May 20, 2026. This new addition to the company's lineup features a stock and handguard manufactured from walnut wood, intended to provide a specific grain texture and finish. Alongside the complete rifle, LCT will also make the LC-3 Hardwood Stock & Handguard Set available as a standalone accessory on the same date.

The model maintains LCT’s standard full steel construction, matching the wooden components with a metal receiver designed for durability. The integration of these materials results in a rifle that replicates the weight and handling characteristics of the original platform. The design focuses on the reproduction of historical craftsmanship and specific technical details found on the authentic firearm.

In terms of internal specifications, the LC-3 Wood AEG is built for both field use and display. For users seeking modified electronic performance, the rifle includes an optional upgrade path to the GATE ASTER ETU system. This provides a digital interface for trigger control and cycle monitoring, complementing the traditional external build of the steel and walnut furniture.
