The Snow Wolf SW-09 boasts a sturdy construction with a steel receiver and other metal components, making it durable and damage-resistant. The SW-09 features an electric blowback system that mimics the movement of the bolt during firing. It has a wood stock further enhances its realism.

Internally, the SW-09 has a metal gearbox with a quick spring change system, allowing for easy adjustment of power to comply with airsoft game regulations. The PPSh offers two firing modes (single and auto) and has an adjustable Hop-Up system with a rotary chamber to ensure stable BB flight paths and range.
