XT Airsoft shares first impressions XT Airsoft of the E&C E-bolt AEG, a full-metal airsoft rifle that tips the scales at just under 2.5 kilograms. Whilst the external build quality appears solid with its steel bolt group and Daniel Defense markings, the internal mysteries began almost immediately. The reviewer noted a distinct lack of a visible hop-up adjustment wheel, leading to a brief moment of confusion that was professionally handled by deciding to simply ignore the problem for the time being.
Technologically, the rifle features a bolt-stop system that mimics an empty magazine when the power is on, requiring a manual press to close the bolt. However, players are warned against their "Call of Duty" instincts; while the charging handle looks the part, it is largely considered a cosmetic gimmick. Tugging on it with too much enthusiasm might result in a very expensive paperweight rather than a tactical reload, so keeping your inner action hero in check is highly recommended.
Performance tests with an 11.1v battery showed a snappy response in both semi-automatic and full-auto modes, leaving the floor scattered with BBs and the reviewer visibly entertained. While the motor specs are currently educated guesses—likely a standard 22 or 28 TPA—and the hop-up remains a geographical enigma, the initial consensus is that the rifle is a fun addition to the kit. Further internal teardowns are expected soon to see if the insides are as sturdy as the flashy exterior.
