We had a lot of fun and frustration, but it always pays off on game day. Actually Archer didn't have frustration, only Flanker. Lol.

Failure drills: building the skills and cementing the mindset required to overcome failure points while skirmishing.

Working on skills we may normally only use in emergencies while being timed. Timers increase stress. Fast times are great, overcoming failures and cementing the right mindset are even better.

Suggestions:

• leave mags partially empty: to force mag changes
• randomize mags: keep yourself guessing
• use sights you don't normally use: i.e. irons or unfamiliar red dots
• effective fire is better than max accuracy
• DO train in things you aren't used to!
• Always finish drill no matter what"
