Airsoft Challenge 2007 - OPERATION: BALKAN HAMMER 26-28 October 2007

OptimusPrime

The first ever National Airsoft Challenge developed by The Museum of Military History, and MAC-V has your challenge ready. This new style of airsoft event offers a balance between scenario game play and competition. Airsoft Challenge will raise the level of realism, teamwork, and leadership through a series of real-world challenges under combat conditions that include special effects, military vehicles, and missions designed to test your skills and abilities.

Operation Balkan Hammer is based around real-world events in unstable Bosnia  Herzegovina, where another Serb uprising may be inevitable. Lead by suspected war criminals, Bosnian Serbs are supported by the Serb military. To counter the threat the United Nations has increased IFOR operations along the border in an effort to discourage any attempts to cross the safe zone. The UN has also once again asked the US Military to help reinforce Camp Navajo on the edge of the safe zone. With tensions on both sides high, this confrontation could reach a flash point at any moment. Are you ready for the challenge?
