SOCOM Tactical: AGM Sten AEG Submachine Gun Review

A look at the AGM Sten AEG SMG by SOCOM Tactical and they have this in stock at their online store... "Prepare to give jerry a good bashing with the historic STEN submachine gun.

Designed by Major Reginald V. Shepherd and Harold J. Turpin and entering service with the British army in 1941. The STEN was designed to be cheap and easy to manufacture. The STEN would go on to serve throughout the war, famously with the paras and the french resistance and would go on to be used long after the war and wound up in nearly 30 different conflicts.

The AGM STEN MK.II is made from alloy, which makes it a robust gun and replicates the look of the original STEN MK.II very well. The battery is stored inside the stock, which is easily removed by unscrewing the rear bolt. The AGM STEN is set to full auto only and runs off 50 round mid capacity magazines. The low round count on the magazines is no disadvantage in combat though.

The magazine well can be rotated to face down with use of the release catch, this helps with storage. When the magazine well is in the downwards position you can access the hop unit.

The AGM STEN is compact, so when in a cqb situation you will have no issue and the good range offered by the STEN means that even in open enviroments you won't be at a disadvantage. The STEN come with officially licensed trades from BSA Guns, England, the actual manufacturers.

So wether you are donning your woolen uniform and webbing or your onions, beret and stripey t-shirt, the AGM STEN MK.II is the gun for the job.
