Silly Ghillie is all happy with his Action Army AAP-01 GBB Pistol with a CCK after installing the LOKI hop unit from Hadron Airsoft Designs... "Today I'm using the new LOKI hop unit by Hadron airsoft designs. The Hop unit allows for a  easy instal TDC and perfectly centres the barrel and bucking to produce good range and accuracy. I'm also using a Flamingo hop rubber and a S+TNT 129mm barrel.

So what do I think of the AAP. I’ve had it for a while but it’s never been as accurate as my g-lock. The pistol as it comes isn’t able to lift heavy BBs but the hadron hop up unit and the flamingo definitely change all that. For someone looking for a decent entry level gas blowback the AAP carbine kit is definitely an alternative   worth considering. It’s a reasonably priced pistol that now has some great upgrade parts available for it. Check out the pinned comment for links of where to buy.
