I want that IGRS on my M4 Airsoft Gun!

Gungho Cowboy

I hope I made myself loud and clear. Though some of you may be scratching your heads in wonder what the IGRS is all about. The IGRS or Integrated Grip Rail System is a weapon control system made by Grauer Systems that enhances your grip of your AR-15s, especially those who are accustomed to shoot with their other hand holding the rifle steady by the magazine area with added benefits.

While not totally a replacement for foregrips, in particular, foregrips with folding bipods, the IGRS is also very much useful to use in airsoft rifles of the M4 variety as we do hold the rifles the same way as the "modern warfighter".

Furthermore, it allows you to have a "horizontal hold" that won't put a strain on your hand and wrist, which means a more comfortable firing when in that position.

One additional feature is the flared funnel at the magazine area which basically helps you quickly reload a magazine as it easily guides your magazine into the receiver and you'll be ready to fire again. I can relate to that as sometimes you won't be able to inser a fresh magazine quickly, missing once or twice, especially in a firefight. This feature can help you insert a magazine while allowing your eyes to look forward, always on the ready for a new target.

I wonder if you would find it fugly, but for me it's the convenience this feature provides that makes me want it.

So I hope one airsoft manufacturer would grab a licence for this product. It may be possible that gas blowback M4s can readily accommodate the IGRS without much modifications. But for AEG owners, as they have wider receivers, some more modding may be required, or really have to wait to have something ready for airsoft.

Grauer Systems, are you listening? Please listen to me and allow it to be licenced for airsoft....please...will ya?

Perhaps puss n boots will melt your hearts and will agree.
