Hyperdouraku At The EA Biohazard Shooting Bar

Gungho Cowboy

Oh Japan! Where else in the world that you find airsoft, a popular video game in a bar that's actually named after the video game? The EA Biohazard Bar is the 2nd Season of the EA Biohazard/Resident Evil Bar that was set up in 2011 to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of the game made by CAPCOM. The 2nd Season, running since June 2012, is more about the Resident Evil "Revelations"  expected to be released in May 2013. Hyperdouraku reports on the countdown towards the May 23 release.

Revelations is set on SS Queen Zenobia, where members of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Jill Valentine and her partner, Parker Luciani,  were to sent on a mission to find Chris Redfield and Jessica Sherawat. On the ship they encounter BOWs (Bio Organic Weapons) infected by the T-Abyss virus . For those who are expecting this to be available on their favourite platform, can find that this will be made available for Microsoft Windows, Sony PS3, Nintendo Wii U, and the XBox 360, making this ready for more players as compared to the Nintendo 3Ds Edition.

With the announcement of the impending release in May, CAPCOM held at the EA Biohazard Bar where gamers and airsoft players can also shoot at Resident Evil baddies represented in paper targets. The usual concoction of drinks are still there, and the Tokyo Marui Biohazard Gas Blowback Pistols such as the Samurai Edge and The Sentinel 9 Models were also presented during the event.  To commemorate this event, Tokyo Marui unveiled  the "Legendary Biohazard Collection" with these pistols in Purple, Blue, and Gold Versions. So take your pick if they become available outside of Japan. What's more, the Samurai Edge Jill Valentine A1 Model will be displayed during the 52nd Shizuoka Hobby Show a week before the launch.

The Bar has even more food with the Biohazard Theme such as the "Cold Globster" and the drinks which wouldn't make the EA Bar without them. The place is also well stacked with airsoft replicas for those looking for more replica firearms and destructive devices to hold.

For those interested in visting the EA Resident Evil/Biohazard Shooting Bar, the themed bar opened last Saturday, 20 April and will run until the 2nd of June 2013. After the 2nd of June, it will revert back as the "EA Bar."
