For those who have kept on playing the multiplayer version of Call of Duty Black Ops II (I didn't), you're in luck as Activision and Treyarch got another dose for you to keep you playing and even make you play like a Zombie, really. On the 29th of January the COD Black Ops 2 Revolution DLC will  be ready for gamers worldwide and it includes new maps, more cooperative play, a new weapon, and another zombie scene. This is initially an Xbox 360 release with the PC version to follow afterwards.

The new maps are called Grind, Mirage, Downhill, and Hydro with each map situated in unique location in the world. The Peacemaker is their new "SMG cum Assault Rifle" but to be honest,  I don't like the design, but surely an airsoft manufacturer or two might be waiting to get more angle shots of this virtual weapon to make one for airsoft players (and if you hear of one, drop us a note).

The Zombie Map called "Die Rise" is a unique map, and thus you may need to respawn a million times before you get be familiarized with it, that is, if you get to familiarize with it. The Zombie mode "Turned" is particularly interesting as you get to play a zombie too and go after the shooter. If you take down the shooter yourself, it will be your turn to be the shooter and try to take out as many zombies as you can and earn more points.

Sounds interesting. But will it keep you glued to the screens and play on like a zombie, forgetting to work, eat, take a bath, or go to school? We don't know until it gets released and downloaded. But the publisher and game developer are anticipating you will be so here's a video suggesting how you can go around the demands of the world so you can keep on playing:

If it's still too cold outside to play airsoft, then you might as well get Revolution to keep your itchy trigger finger occupied. Just don't forget to play airsoft when it's warm enough for you to go out (and don't go out looking like a zombie).
