Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome Web Episodes Now Online

Gungho Cowboy

It's time again to dust off our knowledge of all the guns that were used in Battlestar Galactica (2004 series) as they're back again in the  Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome, a new web series that fills in right between Battlestar Galactica and Caprica. Whilst the series are relatively high-tech, most of the firearms that were used, and not mounted on a space vehicle, are all weapons that belong to our time, albeit modified to fit the requirements of the series. Though some of the weapons in Battlestar Galactica series were also taken from some Japanese anime or comic series such as the Seburo and the Raisen.

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome shows the younger William "Husker" Adama as a fresh graduate of the Academy and assigned as a pilot to Battlestar Galactica and assigned to escort a woman which according to Wikipedia, possesses information about Cylon Secrets.

In the photo above, the Beretta CX4 Storm is shown, but the most sought after by Airsoft players was the FN-P90 which was also used in another sci-fi series, Stargate, and also the proliferation of the Battlestar Galactica patch among airsoft players when the series was being shown. But for the airsoft fans of the series, if they want a complete list of the weapons, they can go to IMFDB.org and they will discover to their delight that most of the weapons on the list already have their airsoft versions. Just some minor external modifications will need to be done just to make them look like those seen in the series, but some of them do not need modification at all as they look futuristic enough such as the P90 and the CX4 Storm.

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome is ongoing right now at the Machinima Prime YouTube Channel with 4 episodes already released in this 10-episode series. A full 2-hour movie will then be shown on the Syfy Channel in February 2013 and will be available also for download, on demand, DVD, and Blu-Ray. Watch the first four episodes below:
