Now, something to turn heads among AR fans as ArmaLite Inc. just released their latest AR-10A2 that comes with a forward assist that can take in the 7.62mm round. This sure would come out with a powerful combination with the accuracy of AR rifles and the heavier 7.62mm. Armalite claims that there's not other rifle of this caliber that can surpass it.

They have released two version of this, the regular A2 Rifle and the Carbine Version. Civilians in the US can also purchase this as it is available in the AWB (Assault Version Ban) configuration:

Hmmm, who among the airsoft manufacturers can make a version of this quick? A quick look will be G&P, Ares, and Classic Army as they SR25 versions and can easily modify these models into the latest AR-10A2 with forward assist. If indeed any of these manufacturers come out with a version, they will have an elongated version 2 gearboxes to accommodate a larger magazine.
